WILDFLOWER SEED MIXES & PLUGS
We offer high quality, species-rich wildflower mixes. In addition to this, we also offer in-depth meadow management advice to help you improve your meadows.

Meadow Mix
Our meadow mix is responsibly sourced from meadows that we have brush harvested, to provide you with a UK provenance meadow mix. Yellow Rattle is also available from our brush harvested meadows.
Our meadow mixes are a 50/50 (+/- 10%) ratio of wildflowers to grasses. Each site we harvest provides a unique composition.
As a rough guide, these are the species from one of our previous mixes.
Wildflowers: Ribwort Plantain, Meadow Buttercup, Yellow Rattle, Red Clover, Selfheal, Lesser Knapweed, Creeping Buttercup, Mouse Ear, Oxeye Daisy, Field Forget-me-Knot, Sorrel, and Cat's Ear.
Grasses: Crested Dog's-tail, Common Bent, Meadow Fescue, Sheep's Fescue, Sweet Vernal, Yorkshire Fog, Meadow Foxtail, and Cocksfoot.

Enhanced Meadow Mix
This offers the opportunity to combine our meadow mix with some of the species we grow here to provide a customised meadow mix for you.
As a rough guide, these are the wildflower species from a previous mix: Meadow Buttercup, Yellow Rattle, Ribwort Plantain, Selfheal, Lesser Knapweed, Oxeye Daisy, Creeping Buttercup, Field Forget-me-Knot, Betony, Yarrow, Rough Hawkbit, Sorrel, Mouse Ear, Red Clover, Cat's Ear, Greater Birdsfoot Trefoil, Ragged Robin, Sneezewort, Devil's-bit-Scabious, and Agrimony.

Plugs
With over 30 years of growing experience we are also able to offer wildflower plug plants to complement our wildflower seeds to ensure quick and cost effective establishment of indicator species.
As well as our single species trays, we now offer two types of mixed trays that complement our seed mixes. Each tray contains 104, 43cc cells that produce sturdy plugs ready for planting.
The 'Meadow Tray' contains Oxeye Daisy, Lesser Knapweed, Betony, and Rough Hawkbit.
The 'Wetland Tray' contains Sneezewort, Devil's-bit-Scabious, Greater Birdsfoot Trefoil, and Meadowsweet.
For large quantities we are happy to engage in contract growing.
Please note that we advise you to order in advance before July to ensure your order is fulfilled.
